1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Multiplayer API services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Multiplayer API provides:

  • REST API endpoints for multiplayer game development
  • Visual logic constructor for game mechanics
  • Player data management and authentication
  • Game rooms, matchmaking and leaderboard features
  • Payment processing and subscription management
  • Open source SDKs for Unity, Java, .NET and C++ (MIT-0)

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 13 years old or have parental consent
  • Use the service in compliance with applicable laws

Account Security: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Free Plan

  • • 128 MB storage
  • • 1 game
  • • 100 concurrent players

Standard - $25/month

  • • 512 MB storage
  • • 1 game
  • • 1K concurrent players

Pro - $300/month

  • • 1 GB storage
  • • 3 games
  • • 2K concurrent players

Billing Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
  • Payments are processed securely through PayPal
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension
  • Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time

5. Usage Limits and Fair Use

Concurrent Usage Limits

Each plan has concurrent usage limits to ensure optimal performance for all users:

  • Free: Up to 100 concurrent players
  • Standard: Up to 1,000 concurrent players
  • Pro: Up to 2,000 concurrent players

Storage and infrastructure scale automatically as needed.

Prohibited Uses

  • Attempting to exceed plan limits through technical means
  • Using the service for illegal or harmful activities
  • Sharing account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Attacking, probing or abusing the hosted service infrastructure
  • Interfering with the service or other users' access
  • Creating excessive load that impacts other users

6. Data and Content

Your Content

  • You retain ownership of all content you create
  • You grant us license to store and process your content
  • You are responsible for the legality of your content
  • We may remove content that violates these terms

Data Backup

While we maintain regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data. We recommend regular exports of your game configurations and player data.

7. Intellectual Property and Open Source License

Open Source (MIT-0): The Multiplayer API source code and all official SDKs (Unity, Java, .NET, C++) are released under the MIT No Attribution license. You may use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense and/or sell copies of the software for any purpose, commercial or non-commercial, without attribution. The software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind.

The hosted service operated at api.michitai.com — including the "Multiplayer API" and "Michitai" names, logos, and brand assets — remains the property of Nichita Levandovici. The open source license covers the software code only; it does not grant any rights to use our trademarks, branding, or to access the hosted service beyond these Terms.

Games and content you build with the software are entirely yours. We claim no ownership over products created using the API or SDKs.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • In no event shall Multiplayer API, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
  • Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
  • We do not warrant that the service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location.
  • We do not warrant that the service is free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Moldova, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the service.
